Shanga Season 2 Returns with More Drama and Danger

After its dramatic season finale, ‘Shanga’ makes a powerful comeback, plunging viewers deeper into a world of secrets, betrayal, and high-stakes power struggles.

The new season follows Ledama (Brahim Ouma, Pepeta), Soila (Foi Wambui, Subterranea), and Kari (Zazira Kariuki, Salem) as they battle hidden truths that threaten to destroy their lives in Lemurat and Nairobi.

With Naibei (Sam Psenjen, Mission to Rescue) fighting for control, loyalties will shatter, and love will face its toughest test yet.

Njoki Muhoho, Executive Producer at Zebra Productions, shared her excitement during the exclusive premiere at Shamba Café.

“This season elevates everything fans love about Shanga more twists, deeper conflicts, and top-tier production. We guarantee viewers will be hooked from the very first episode.”

Catch Shanga Season 2 starting tonight on Maisha Magic Plus (DStv Channel 163 & GOtv Channel 3), airing Monday to Friday.

Lulu

A Riveting New Telenovela of Power and Betrayal From the creators of Zari comes Lulu, a high-stakes drama that pulls back the curtain on the ruthless Tindo family empire.

The story centers on Amara Tindo (Angie Magio, Selina), a fierce matriarch who discovers her husband Hudson Tindo (Nick Odhiambo) plans to leave her for their maid Anita (Nungari Kiore, ‘Jiji’).

Enraged, Amara takes control of Hudson’s empire—only to uncover its dark foundation in the drug trade. As enemies close in and family members betray her, Amara must fight to protect her legacy.

But will power destroy her? Produced by Jiffy Pictures, Lulu boasts a star-studded cast, including Brian Ogana (Maria), Ronald Ndubi (Zari), Ciku Muchiri (Second Family), Mufasa (Single Kiasi), Mwamburi Maole (*Mission to Rescue), and Kalasha Award winners George Mo (Pepeta) and Lydia Gitachu (Black & Blue).

Rashid Abdalla, Executive Producer, teased, “Lulu pushes boundaries—it’s a story of ruthless ambition, love, and survival. Audiences will be on the edge of their seats.”
