Safaricom PLC today hosted its flagship Innovation Day, gathering over 100 key decision-makers and enterprise customers to showcase its strategic shift from a telecommunications provider to a full-scale technology enabler.
Under the theme “Powering What’s Next: AI, Resilience & Sustainable Innovation,” the forum explored cutting-edge solutions in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
The event directly supports the company’s vision to become Africa’s leading purpose-led technology company within five years.
