Mejja headlines electric night at Zero Percent Lounge as brand celebrates National Scotch Day
Johnnie Walker turned up the heat in Nanyuki on Saturday, bringing its signature Afro Exchange experience to Zero Percent Lounge for a vibrant night that pulsed with music, creativity, culture, and exquisite premium whisky.
Hundreds of music lovers, creatives, and cultural tastemakers packed the venue for an unforgettable evening of Kenyan celebration.
Mejja, popularly known as Okwonkwo, headlined the evening with a high-energy performance that had the crowd singing along to his biggest hits, including “Siaka,” one of the year’s standout tracks. DJ Candi and DJ Cupid maintained the momentum with electrifying sets throughout the night, while MC Mido seamlessly guided the evening, keeping energy levels high from start to finish.

The event formed part of Johnnie Walker’s National Scotch Day celebrations, commemorated on July 27, and reflected the brand’s continued commitment to reimagining how consumers experience Scotch whisky through contemporary culture, premium experiences, and meaningful moments of connection.
